PlanIt provides the option to allow employees access to their timesheets online. That way, they can see when they worked, how much time they took off, and how much overtime was earned.

You can require that they verify their timesheets either with just a “verify” button or a digital signature. They can also report any problems. If they do see an issue, the system will send the message to their payroll supervisor. The payroll supervisor can look into the issue and get back to them whether it was resolved, or it was a non-issue.

You will always have a full audit trail of this communication with our online scheduling program. If you are required or just prefer to print out timesheets as well, you can export a PDF of everyone's timesheet. It will display the digital signatures on the export if you choose to do so.
