Grant your court locations access to view your officers schedule in PlanIt. Create special logins which won’t count against your paid licenses and those users will be able to look at a read-only version of the schedule and that’s all they’ll be able to do. Instead of emailing or faxing your schedules to them, you can give them a live view with this scheduling and dispatch software login access.

These licenses can also be useful if you have an external dispatch department, as a way to get information to your dispatchers.
