April/May Minor Updates

May 2013

We've made some major changes in the last two months which have been featured here. We've also made some minor changes which are listed here.

We've overhauled some of our system administration screens with the latest in web technology.

Certification Command Center - The command center is used to send notifications to employees and their supervisors whose certifications have expired or are soon to expire.

Labor Departments - The labor department feature is used to track costing by assign each shift a specific department.

Vehicle Management - The vehicle management feature is used to enter additional vehicles which are used during employee completion of checklists.

Employee Groups - Employee groups is used to create an unlimited number of groups of your employees which is used throughout the system. For example groups are used when: running reports, notifying employees, displaying announcements, filtering lists of employees, approving requests, and several other features.

PlanIt Police is an online scheduling system for police departments. PlanIt is developed by Ragnasoft, Inc which has specialized in public safety scheduling solutions for over 10 years.
