The developers at PlanIt have been hard at work implementing 3 new features:

Multiple Timesheet Approvals
This new feature in PlanIt will allow for multiple verifications and signatures instead of just the one employee signature. So, for example, maybe at your department, each employee must sign off on their own timesheet and then the Chief has to make the final verification for each one. We had a couple clients who were required to have multiple signatures but would have to print out the timesheet and complete the final signature that way. Now, you can do it all electronically!

Open Shift List Integration
Previously, administrators had to check open shift requests and lists separately when choosing from employees who volunteered to fill an open shift. With our new integration, administrators may now also see employees' positions on the list, and affect the list when they choose the employee to fill the shift.

Additional Functionality for Loaned Equipment
Our loaned equipment feature also had an update. You can now add specific detail about each equipment such as serial numbers and unique identifiers. This will help with tracking unique items that may need to be returned and also identify how many of each item is out on loan or in stock.
