Court Access Accounts

When providing a view of your schedule to court administration and other agencies we have previously recommended you provide an outlook calendar feed or provide them with a full PlanIt account. While the outlook option is popular, it's not possible in every situation and provide outside agencies with a full PlanIt account gives them access to more information than they actually need.

Multiple Overtime Rates for Time Off Credits

Before today, on the OT settings you picked a single rate which was used to calculate the amount of time off compensation an employee would earn for an approved OT submission whose compensation was not paid (usually comp time).

This does not work for all departments - so we've made it much more flexible. Starting today, you can set a new rate for each OT code. On the approval form, you can now change the rate also while approving the request - giving you complete control over the comp time multiplier.

As a reminder, this multiplier only effects compensation which credits time off hours. The multiplier was never and is still not used when the compensation is set to pay. In those instances our export files will show the code used and your payroll provider will take the hours and multiple them by a different pay rate.
