Notification Administration Redesign

March 2013

With PlanIt, administrators can set how each notification (email, text, internal) will be received. These available options are: mandatory, disabled, optionally on, and optionally off.

Notification administration gives you complete control over how notifications work. For example, if you would prefer the staff receives a notification when a shift is open due to a call off, you can set this as a mandatory email and an optional text message.

Since our offering of notifications have grown to over 100+ email, text, and internal notifications it was time to update our administration screen which was originally designed with a smaller number of notifications in mind. We've released a complete redesign which is easier to use and is built with the latest web technology for computers, tablets, and smart phones.
