April 2020 Update
Due to client feature requests resulting from COVID-19, our team has developed and released 3 new features: custom forms, a web time clock, and digital timesheet signatures.
We’ve added the ability for your department to create your own forms and accept submissions from employees. These forms can use our approval process, send emails, or simply be archived. Our hope is that this feature can reduce paper forms and limit contact between employee and supervisor.
Web Time Clock
If your agency previously used our biometric or software time clock system, one major advantage of that was the ability to ensure employees logged into a pre-approved computer to verify their time. Sharing a computer is a risk for some agencies, so we have created a web version of our time clock that you may enable to allow employees to use their personal devices.
Digital Timesheet Signatures
If your agency requires an employee signature of their timesheet, we have added the ability to digitally sign timesheets using either your phone or mouse on a signature pad inside PlanIt. These digital signatures will appear on the printed copies of the timesheets. These same signatures are also available for our new custom forms feature. Again, the hope here is to limit contact of employees turning in paper forms.
