New Settings Available
We're continuing to make PlanIt more configurable by expanding upon our available settings. This time we focused on some popular scheduling settings:
28 Day Views
For agencies that run on 28 day cycles you can now display the calendar editor, calendar schedule, and platoon schedule in a 28 day view.
You can now define the order that units will display on the calendar editor and calendar schedule instead of the default of alphabetical.
Default Calendar Schedule Options
Effective immediately you have access to set the default settings for your agency's view of the calendar schedule. Additionally, you may reset all employee's settings to match your defaults or remove the ability for them to change their personal settings to maintain a consistent view of the schedule.
We have received requests to change the name of our OIC - Officer In Charge feature. You can now rename the feature. It will change on all employee level access screens and in the menu.
We've made a few changes to the platoon schedule based upon your feedback:
- 28 Day View - You may use a 28-day view of the schedule rather than the default view of 1 month.
- 1 Week View - You may use a 1 week view of the schedule rather than the default view of 1 month.
- 2 Week View - You may use a 2 week view of the schedule rather than the default view of 1 month.
- Note Visibility - Rather than the icon indicator, you can now display the full text of the note.
If you have any questions regarding these new settings let us know!
