Day Editor and Warnings System

Day Editor
PlanIt Schedule recently released a Day Editor tool making it easier to view and manage one day at a time. There are currently 3 views for the Day Editor: the employee view, the unit view, and the job view. The views differ depending on what you want to edit and how much information you want to view at once. The Day Editor will also show any staffing warnings and allow you to adjust the schedule.

Warnings System
The new Warnings System can be configured to run the following checks: overstaffed, understaffed, overlap detection, qualified for shift, certified for shift, availability violations, mandatory rest, over weekly hours, and under weekly hours. Setting these parameters will allow you to search for certain dates on the schedule and make sure there are not any conflicts.
