Vehicle Checklist

Police departments with an end-of-shift checklist for vehicles can create an electronic version within PlanIt. Employees will go in and choose the vehicle they would like to report on. They will log the shift they were working and the vehicle mileage. Next, they can submit the customized checklist along with any maintenance or equipment issues, to streamline the care of each vehicle.

The completed form will be sent to administrators and each updated vehicle status will be visible on the dashboard when employees first log on. Administrators can add multiple checklists as well as multiple vehicles.
