Time Off Notifications
When an employee submits a time off request form, you as an administrator will be notified. When you go to evaluate the request, you’ll have the option to accept, decline, delete, or split the requested days. You can make any changes you’d like before approving.
If approved, the system will take the person off of the schedule for those dates and times and charge them the appropriate hours out of their banks. If declined, you will be able to add a note so that you can always go back into the history to see why the request was declined.
No matter if you approve or decline the time off request, the person will get notified of the decision you made.
