Time off Accruals can be automated through PlanIt. For example, you can credit officers 1 hour of vacation every pay period if they’ve been working for the department for at least 2 years.
We can handle a wide variety of accrual policies but each policy is a little different so the first step to add accruals in your system is for our support team to fully evaluate your policy. This is something we typically handle after you have become familiar with the PlanIt system.
Once applied, the system will automatically add those hours based on the parameters that are set.
