Schedule all your police officers' court appearances in the system so everyone has visibility. Typically, only Administrators have access to schedule court appearances, but it is easy to delegate access to this feature and its very straightforward to use.

You can give the appearance a title, pick a date and start time, pick the primary and witness officers and add any additional information. When you add the appearance to the schedule, the officers scheduled will get a notification email with a link to click and confirm they received the information.

If a continuance is issued, it gets cancelled, or any changes are made to the court appearance, an email will be sent automatically to the primary and witness officers letting them know of the changes.
