Platoon View

The police platoon view of the schedule is laid out like an excel spreadsheet. If your department is transitioning from an excel spreadsheet into PlanIt, this view of the schedule will make the transition a little easier for your employees. This view includes all scheduled shifts, Open Shifts, Court Appearances, Call Offs and Time Off.

Administrators can format this view for their employees; users cannot change the layout of this screen.

This view condenses the schedule, so employees can click on their shift to find out more details about the shift or Shift Notes attached to the shift.
