Open Shift Requests

When officers decide they would like to work an open shift, there are a few ways they can request them. Open Shifts will be visible on the Calendar and Platoon views of the schedule. They can click on the opportunities, and offer to work them from there.

There is also the Open Shift Request management screen that allows law enforcement officers to sort all the open shifts by job type and unit. This screen allows them to view the open shifts on a calendar or in a list format. These tools make it really easy for officers to sort out the opportunities and offer to work the best fit.
