Hour Exports

The PlanIt schedule management software compiles all regular hours worked, time off, and overtime for a pay period and displays that information on a report. The time off hours will be split into separate columns by bank and overtime hours will be split in to separate column based on code. This information can be exported and displayed in several different formats, so you can choose which view is best for your department.

These exported schedule hour reports open in Excel as .csv (Comma Separated Values) files, meaning that they can be imported with little effort into the payroll system of your choice. We currently provide over 20 pre-configured exports for specific payroll companies such as Tyler Munis, ADP, Paychex, and Kronos.
