Time Off History

As an administrator in the system, you can look any employee’s current bank balances, their approved time off and their requested time off. Officers will have visibility to their own time off history but no one else's.

The officers' bank balances will reflect all hours used including those for approved time off in the future. They will always know how much they have to use. Their hours will show on the payroll export when the time off actually occurs, even though their balances update immediately when approved.
