Employee Journals

Employee Journals are similar to our Boards feature but are great for employee reviews and tracking. Each employee has their own journal for notes however, these journals are only visible to admins and supervisors. It is ultimately a place where supervisors can post any sort of kudos or disciplinary actions for an employee.

You can click on an employee’s name to access their specific journal, and all of the call off information for that employee will appear in chronological order. You can even adjust permissions for administrators if you only want certain supervisors to see certain employee records.
