Create web-based trainings that you can assign out to your personnel. Use them to distribute training materials, create motivational courses or gather feedback from your department. Ensure employees retain the information they go over by using built-in test questions or survey questions.

Once the courses are completed, you’ll be able to see the results of the course compiled in one area.

The Police Course Builder feature can also be used for accreditation and compliance. If you have a policy change or contract change and you need to communicate that with employees, you can post the information into a couple slides. Create a test at the end with one question stating, "I have read the previous information. I understand it and I agree to it." Assign it out to the necessary recipients and that way you have an audit trail of all that communication.
