Time Off Multiple Approvals

PlanIt allows you the option to turn on Multiple Approvals for Time off Requests. Therefore, more than one supervisor/administrator can sign off on the request. There are a few different ways you can set this up and configure it.

When Multiple Approvals are turned on for the time off request process, the first approver will have the option to approve and pass to the next reviewer or approve and leave it in the queue. If they are a final approver, they can make the final decision on the request.

If the request is approved, the person is taken off the schedule for the dates and times, charged the hours out of their banks, and they’ll get an approved notification.
