With the call off feature, you can click on an employee’s shift on the Calendar Editor or on the Call Off screen and record all the details.

When employees call off from a shift suddenly, you may want a record of all times they have done this in order to keep statistical records or to identify a pattern of this behavior. PlanIt's law enforcement software keeps statistical information about call offs, including how many excused or unexcused absences a person has, the percentage of time off taken per shifts worked, and the days of the week on which a person tends to call off.
